Shipping times?

For in-stock orders, they will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing date.

For non-stock, personalized, made-to-measure, and custom-made orders, they will be processed within approximately 30 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing date.

Once shipped, your delivery period is 24-48 hours; depending on the delivery location, it may take an additional day. If your order has not been delivered within the specified timeframe, please contact us.

Before contacting us, please check whether your order is in stock or on demand.

Due to busy promotional periods such as Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday, and Christmas, some shipments may experience delays of up to 30 days. If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time, please contact us.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, please contact us. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will refund you. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Items such as accessories, personalized, tailored, and custom-made clothing are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Defective item?

We work meticulously to ensure our garments are of the highest quality and free from defects.

However, if an item is defective or damaged, please contact us so we can urgently review the matter and arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

This defect must be reported to our customer service department no later than 72 hours after receiving the package. We are not responsible for defects caused by misuse of the garment (washing, ironing, stains, etc.).

Cancel or edit order?

If you made a mistake when placing your order, please contact us. We will try to modify the order.

For products in stock, we most likely won't be able to modify them because they automatically go into the production or shipping chain. You'll therefore have to wait until it arrives to return it, unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and then reorder the desired product with the correct information.

Products out of stock

Currently, most of our catalog products are out of stock, meaning they are on demand.

We manufacture and produce the product once the order has been placed.

Therefore, for highly processed products, it may take up to 30 days to be shipped.

Once shipped, delivery time is 24-48 hours.

Cash on delivery?

Yes, we do cash-on-delivery orders: you pay when it arrives. And for the same price.
